All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should we encounter any unforeseen delays in processing your order—such as a high order volume, inventory shortages, or special requests—we will notify you immediately.

For Regional and International orders, we will provide an estimated shipping cost once you have selected your preferred shipping method and destination. We do not automatically calculate shipping costs at checkout; instead, we will confirm these details with you via email or phone before processing your payment. This ensures transparency and allows you to make informed decisions regarding shipping methods and costs.
Delivery Responsibility:
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Élégante Claire Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control—such as customs processing, weather events, or carrier operational difficulties. However, we will assist in providing tracking information, communicating with the carrier on your behalf, and doing our utmost to help resolve any delivery-related concerns.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us process your claim. Should your shipment be lost in transit or fail to arrive within the expected timeframe, notify us as soon as possible. We will liaise with the carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement product or store credit at no additional cost.
