2. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

- Store Credit: Store credit will be issued immediately after approval and can be used for future purchases on our website.
4. Store Credit Terms
- Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any product available on our website.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with promotional discounts.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, Élégante Claire Cosmetics does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, we recommend requesting store credit and using it to place a new order.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package was damaged in transit or did not arrive, we are here to help:
- Damaged Packages: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
