Store Pickup: Available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery (Saint Lucia):

- Castries: EC $10

  All orders meeting the minimum requirement of EC $100 will be delivered for free within the Castries Basin. Delivery is arranged Monday through Saturday. We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Regional Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after order processing. Shipping costs are determined by DHL’s current rates and will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15–21 business days. Shipping costs are determined by DHL’s current rates and will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey until it arrives.

Delayed or Lost Shipments:

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or partially used skincare products cannot be returned.

Refund Options:

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding any delivery or shipping costs).
Store credit can be applied toward future purchases on our website.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, return the product at your expense (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

If your Silky Salt Bar arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.
