Shipping Information
Order Processing:
- Orders for the Abeille Lip Wax are processed within 1–3 business days to ensure quality and freshness.
Shipping Options & Costs:
- Store Pickup: Available Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
- Local Delivery (Saint Lucia):
- Gros Islet: $35
- Castries: EC $10
- Anse-la-Raye: $15
- Dennery: $10
- Micoud: $25
- Vieux Fort: $35
- Soufriere: $65
All orders meeting the minimum requirement of EC $100 will be delivered for free within the Castries Basin. Delivery is arranged Monday through Saturday. We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
- Regional Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after order processing. Shipping costs are determined by DHL’s current rates and will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15–21 business days. Shipping costs are determined by DHL’s current rates and will be communicated to you before finalizing your order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey until it arrives.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:
If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at +1-758-285-5544 or eleganteclairecosmetics@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to promptly resolve the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your Abeille Lip Wax, please review the policy below:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened or partially used skincare products cannot be returned.
Refund Options:
- We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding any delivery or shipping costs).
- Store credit can be applied toward future purchases on our website.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Once approved, return the product at your expense (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit if it meets the eligibility criteria.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your Abeille Lip Wax arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, promotional items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
